Ava's 4 yr pictures

Okay, I'm totally favoring my child. Have the rights, right? :) I took almost 500 pictures of her the other day. These are just a few of the favorites. I'll put together a collage when I have more time. Can't believe she's 4! What a great time we had, just me and her. Tender moments. I was holding off for this session, to use this purple chair that belonged to my dear grandma.

Jos you've waited so patiently

I'm sorry I'm still finishing these. I truly am trying to keep up. How do people do it!? I think I'm going to talk to my hubby about hiring someone for the house work around here....then I can spend all my days editing. Heehe. NO, but really if any photographer happens upon this and can give me some time saving tips, it'd be appreciated. That's going to be part of my new years resolutions. Figuring out a good work flow - oh, and a bunch of other things I'm yet to figure out. Life is never dull :) Anyway! Josie, here are just a few more of your cute family. If anyone needs to find an awesome eye doctor in town, this guy is the man - Dr. Robison at Southwest Vision

One for now

This was just the first one, worked on it while the others loaded. We gotsa lotsa pictures today! It was nice meeting Richards family. Glad the weather held out for us.(after sitting in the car with fingers crossed) Thanks Bri for not giving up on me while setting this date up. You guys are so awesome.

What a beautiful day

Have to put up another of this bunch. They are the cutest kids!So we decided to take the family back to the place we did the cute little Melo girls pictures. I'm so glad we did because it was such a pretty day and the leaves were just right for the setting.

K & E. Girls

Lucy looks just like a little porcelain doll. I didn't do a thing to her lips - looks like she's wearing lipstick. And even a little make-up around the eye uhhh (actually she has a black eye) We love having them as our friends.

until January

*Kim, sorry this is probably not the picture you expected to see for your "sneak peek" but it went along with my post :) You'll see more soon. Oh my, can't get over Grace's curls. She is one lucky Shirley Temple. Both your girls are dolls.

Because of my schedule for the rest of the year, I'll be taking new appointments starting again January 11th. Thank you, those who have let friends and family know about me. I'll still be posting plenty of pictures coming up.

I am sad. Where does time go? I've been trying hard to train/trick myself to think I DON'T NEED sleep ~ it's over-rated! Yeah, that's not really working out. :)

I am very much enjoying all the photography fun, but have to make sure I leave enough time for all the holiday goodness coming up. I can't wait to curl up with my kids and read Christmas stories, eat lots of yummy junk, play games, get in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the holidays, and most of all take time to reflect....reflect on a lot of things.

Thanks!

How old?

Let's see...4!? YEP! 4. ***Haven't told my Aves yet, but I picked who she's going to marry.

Oh, I have to throw this one on here too. I was anxious to see how this chair looked. I won't say how much I found this baby for (12 whole dollars! ;)
Katie you are very beautiful. Thanks for letting me capture your family so much this year. You guys are the best, and were one of the first families I started with last year (I remember being extremely nervous when you asked), thanks for coming back to me, and being such great friends.

So after taking pictures there I followed these cute giddy people over to "The Burger Place." I got some fun candids there.

Bianca & Christopher

I have a special love for people from Spain. That's the only place in Europe I've visited. My in laws lived there for 3 years and I got to go see what neat people they are. I was really excited when Teresa (with the cutest spanish accent) called and asked me to do her daughters wedding. I felt like I knew them before I met them all.
